Terms of service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Welcome to Creation Kingdom.

These Terms of Service set out the terms that apply when you access our website, purchase products from us, request personalised or custom-made products, or otherwise use our services.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with Creation Kingdom, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our:

  • Returns & Refund Policy
  • Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Any other terms or information displayed on the relevant product page

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. About Us

This website is operated by:

Creation Kingdom
Email: Contact Us
Website: www.CreationKingdom.co.uk

If Creation Kingdom is a trading name, the legal name of the individual, partnership or company operating the business should also be shown above.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes, including browsing our products, placing orders and contacting us.

You must not:

  • Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website
  • Attempt to obtain information belonging to other customers
  • Misuse our website or services in a way that could cause harm to Creation Kingdom or another person

We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse of our website.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are legally capable of entering into the purchase
  • You are authorised to use the payment method supplied
  • You are purchasing products for lawful purposes

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

4. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product descriptions may include information concerning:

  • Dimensions
  • Materials
  • Colours
  • Features
  • Personalisation
  • Intended use
  • Manufacturing process

Measurements described as approximate may vary slightly.

We may make minor changes to products where these do not materially alter the product you ordered, for example where necessary to improve manufacturing or where a component becomes unavailable and an equivalent component is used.

Nothing in this section affects your rights if a product is not as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for a purpose made known to us. UK consumers have statutory rights requiring goods to meet these standards.

5. 3D Printed Products

Many Creation Kingdom products are manufactured using 3D printing technology.

3D printing creates products layer by layer, meaning individual products may have minor characteristics such as:

  • Visible layer lines
  • Small surface variations
  • Minor differences between individual prints
  • Slight variations in colour between material batches

These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

Product colours can also appear slightly different depending on:

  • Screen settings
  • Photography
  • Lighting
  • Material batches

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights where a product is genuinely faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.

6. Personalised Products

Some Creation Kingdom products can be personalised with information such as:

  • Names
  • Initials
  • Wording
  • Dates
  • Colours
  • Designs
  • Other customer-selected details

You are responsible for checking the information you provide before submitting your order.

Please carefully check:

  • Spelling
  • Capitalisation
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Colours
  • Sizes
  • Other personalisation details

We will normally produce your product using the information submitted with your order.

If an item has been correctly produced using incorrect information supplied by you, we are not responsible for that customer-supplied error.

If we make an error when producing your personalisation, please contact us so that we can put it right.

7. Custom Orders

We may offer products designed or modified specifically to your requirements.

Before accepting a custom order, we may discuss:

  • Design
  • Dimensions
  • Colours
  • Materials
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Production time
  • Other requirements

A quotation or discussion does not oblige either party to proceed until the order has been agreed and accepted.

Where we provide a proof or design preview for approval, you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving production.

Once a personalised or bespoke product has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Custom and personalised products may also be excluded from certain change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law. Full details are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property & Custom Requests

Customers must not ask Creation Kingdom to knowingly reproduce material that they do not have the necessary rights or permission to use.

This may include:

  • Copyrighted artwork
  • Registered trademarks
  • Company logos
  • Protected characters
  • Brand designs
  • Photographs
  • Other intellectual property belonging to another person or organisation

If you provide artwork, text, images or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or legal right for us to use that material for your order.

We may decline a custom request where we reasonably believe producing it could infringe intellectual-property rights or otherwise be unlawful.

9. NFC Products

Some Creation Kingdom products contain or use NFC technology.

NFC functionality can depend on factors outside our control, including:

  • The customer's device
  • Device settings
  • NFC compatibility
  • Operating system
  • Internet connection
  • Third-party websites
  • Social-media platforms
  • The URL or information programmed onto the NFC tag

Customers are responsible for ensuring that URLs, profiles and other information supplied for programming are accurate.

Third-party websites and social-media platforms can change their services, URLs, apps or technical requirements. We cannot guarantee the continued availability or operation of a third-party platform.

This does not affect your rights where the NFC product itself is faulty or has been incorrectly programmed by us.

10. Prices

Prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed to you.

Where applicable, prices will include taxes required to be included in the advertised price.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international customers, additional import VAT, customs duties or local charges may apply where these have not been collected at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.

We may change our prices at any time, but a price change will not normally affect an order we have already accepted.

11. Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our prices are accurate.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before fulfilling your order, we will contact you.

You will normally be given the choice to:

  • Continue with the order at the correct price; or
  • Cancel the affected item or order and receive a refund of any amount already paid

We will not substitute a higher price without informing you and obtaining your agreement.

12. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will normally receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.

Please check the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

We may contact you if we need additional information to fulfil your order.

Online sellers must provide customers with clear pricing and delivery information and confirm the contract in a form the customer can retain.

13. Acceptance of Orders

Receiving an order does not necessarily mean that we are able to fulfil it.

In unusual circumstances, we may be unable to accept an order, for example because:

  • A product is unavailable
  • We cannot create the requested customisation
  • We cannot deliver to the supplied location
  • Payment has not been authorised
  • An obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred
  • Fulfilling the order would be unlawful
  • A custom request may infringe third-party rights

If we cannot accept an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and refund the appropriate amount.

14. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

15. Discount Codes & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Discount codes
  • Promotional prices
  • Sales
  • Special offers

Any additional conditions that apply to a particular promotion will be displayed with that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes have no cash value
  • Only valid codes may be used
  • Codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders
  • Promotions may have specified start and end dates
  • Some products may be excluded

Any promotional conditions will be applied fairly and will not affect statutory consumer rights.

16. Production & Dispatch

Many of our products are made or personalised to order.

Estimated production or processing times may therefore vary.

Production time is separate from delivery time.

Once your order has been completed, we will arrange dispatch using an appropriate postal or delivery service.

Full information is provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

17. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and available services will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Our obligations relating to:

  • UK deliveries
  • International deliveries
  • Tracking
  • Delays
  • Lost parcels
  • Customs
  • Import charges
  • Incorrect addresses

are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

For UK consumer purchases, goods must generally be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed.

18. International Orders

Creation Kingdom may accept orders from customers worldwide.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order can legally be imported, possessed and used in their destination country.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs procedures
  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Handling fees
  • Local taxes

Where these charges have not already been collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you live.

19. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation and return rights differ depending on the type of product purchased.

In particular, personalised products or products made to a customer's individual specifications may be excluded from normal change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Standard non-personalised products may carry statutory cancellation rights.

Full information about:

  • Cancellation rights
  • Personalised products
  • Returns
  • Faulty products
  • Damaged products
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges

is contained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refund Policy removes any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

We are legally responsible for supplying goods that conform to your contract.

If a product is:

  • Faulty
  • Not of satisfactory quality
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for an agreed purpose

you may have statutory rights to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

UK businesses cannot contract out of core consumer rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Please contact:

Email: Contact Us
Website: www.CreationKingdom.co.uk

if you experience a problem with your order.

21. Product Safety & Appropriate Use

Products should be used only for their intended purpose.

Please follow any warnings, age recommendations, care instructions or other safety information supplied with a product.

Unless specifically described as such, decorative products and keyrings should not be treated as toys.

Small products or components may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children where appropriate.

Customers should not modify products in a way that creates an unsafe condition.

Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for supplying products that meet applicable legal safety requirements.

22. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

Occasionally:

  • Information may contain typographical errors
  • Product availability may change
  • Images may differ slightly from products
  • Website information may temporarily be unavailable

Where an error materially affects an order, we will take appropriate steps to correct it and, where applicable, contact the affected customer.

23. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for the Creation Kingdom website is owned by or licensed to Creation Kingdom.

This can include:

  • Creation Kingdom branding
  • Logos
  • Product photographs
  • Graphics
  • Original product designs
  • Website text
  • Videos
  • Artwork

You may use our website for your own personal shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Creation Kingdom content without our permission unless permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

24. Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content through a facility provided by us, you must ensure that it:

  • Reflects your genuine experience
  • Is not knowingly false or misleading
  • Does not contain unlawful or abusive material
  • Does not infringe another person's rights

We will not require customers to submit positive reviews and will not knowingly publish fake reviews.

25. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that are outside our control.

Accessing a third-party website will normally be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

26. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Occasionally, our ability to fulfil or deliver an order may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather
  • Postal disruption
  • Transport disruption
  • Industrial action
  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs delays
  • Major technical outages
  • Supply-chain disruption

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and fulfil our obligations.

Nothing in this section removes rights that consumers have under applicable law.

27. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

UK consumer terms cannot validly exclude these core protections.

We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was made, subject always to your mandatory legal rights.

28. Business Purchases

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, some consumer protections may not apply.

Where you are buying as a consumer, your statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.

29. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review that policy for information about:

  • What personal information we collect
  • Why we use it
  • Who information may be shared with
  • Cookies
  • International transfers
  • Your privacy rights

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Our business
  • Products
  • Website
  • Services
  • Policies
  • Applicable laws and regulations

Any changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published.

Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing customer's contractual rights without a lawful basis for doing so.

The current version and Last updated date will be shown on this page.

31. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

33. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms and purchases from Creation Kingdom are governed by applicable UK law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that also apply to you.

If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from exercising rights or accessing courts or dispute-resolution procedures that are available to you under mandatory applicable law.
