How It Works

1. Tell us your idea

Send us as much information as possible about what you would like. Photos, sketches or examples can be very helpful.

2. We’ll review your request

We’ll check whether your idea can be produced successfully using our 3D printing process.

3. We’ll confirm the details

If we can make it, we’ll discuss the design, colours, size, quantity and any other requirements with you.

4. We’ll provide a price

Custom orders are individually priced depending on the design, size, materials, printing time and quantity required.

5. Once approved, we create it

After the design and price have been agreed and payment has been made, we’ll begin creating your order.

What Should I Include in My Request?

To help us understand exactly what you’re looking for, please include:

• What you would like us to make
• Any wording or personalisation required
• Preferred colours
• Approximate size
• Quantity required
• When you need it by
• Any photographs, drawings or reference images

The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to understand your idea.

Custom Designs & Approval

For some custom products, we may provide a design preview before production.

Please check all names, spelling, dates and other personalised information carefully when approving your design.

Once a personalised or custom-made item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Production Times

Custom orders may take a little longer than products already available in our store.

Production time will depend on the complexity and quantity of your order, and we’ll give you an estimated timescale before you place your order.

If you need something for a particular date, please tell us when making your request.

Please Note

Because custom products are made specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our part. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are also unable to create designs that reproduce protected trademarks, logos, characters or other copyrighted material unless the necessary permission or licensing is available.
